3 SIMPLE STEPS INGREDIENTS 1 cup dry Rice 1 tbsp Canola Oil 500 g lean Chicken Breast, diced 1 head Broccoli (200 g), cut into florets 1 Red Capsicum (200 g), sliced 1 Kan Tong™ Teriyaki Stir Fry Meal Base 1 tbsp reduced salt Soy Sauce METHOD 1. Cook rice according to pack instructions. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned. 3. Add broccoli, capsicum, contents of pouch and soy sauce. Stir fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with cooked rice.
Storage Instructions
Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 days. Pouch not suitable for microwave.
